Furnace
Physician goes well beyond a basic clean and check. We recommend, as do manufacturers' and utility companies, this comprehensive clean and tune up for the efficiency, safety, and longevity of your heating and air conditioning equipment's
life-span.
There are a lot of companies out there
whose advertisement is misleading.
They do
not do what we do.
Some will say safety checks are "FREE" with provided service.
Maybe the quick vacuum job OR a blow-out job is included, but do they
do what FURNACE PHYSICIAN DOES?
ASK OUR COMPETITORS (and then you'll see
there really is no such-an-entity): What do they do?
TRUE STORY: Most recently, one of our
installation customers from 2005 fell for such a scheme, thinking
she's save money having a cheaper furnace cleaning. She soon
found out she couldn't afford this OTHER company: This company
"W" came out and told her the humidifier was not working. She
called us to find out if we would warranty it. We came out. Our
technician, "J" found that a wire had been pulled from the
humidifier and was visibly hanging from it. He fixed it within
minutes but checked out other things. Our technician noticed the
very dirty furnace and mentioned how furnaces break down if not
cleaned. Our technician asked Mrs. "S" when did the furnace get
cleaned by "W"? And he was told just a few weeks previous. While
our guy "J" was there, Mrs. "S" called the "W" company's management
whom informed Mrs. "S" that they only clean what they have access to.
"J" said the parts shown tested by "W"'s technician were in the same
compartments. While "J" was standing there, Mrs. "S" repeated
this information and was then informed by the "W" company they only do
a "19 point checklist " to see if things are working correctly.
They don't "clean" furnaces.
Mrs. "S" scheduled us to come out next
month to do our precision tune-up on her furnace.
