QUALIFICATIONS:  Our service technicians and installers are licensed, EPA certified, and comprehensively trained. Industry standards are just the beginning for our superior standards in personnel development. All of our employees are directly supervised by the president of our locally owned business.

INSURED, LICENSED, & BONDED:  Homeowner can receive a certificate upon any needed service or installation. Our contractor license is #11851 on file with the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department.  All of our employees undergo and pass background checks and drug testing.

MEMBER ASSOCIATIONS:  We are members of the Better Business Bureau, and have been so and in good standing since 1993.  We are also members of the Pikes Peak Mechanical Association, a local trade organization, we take part in Colorado Springs City Utilities HomeVantage program. We are also referred by Mountain View Electric. We are also members of the highly recognized national organization Air Conditioning Contractors of America. We adhere to high ethical standards of all the above organizations.

CERTIFIED DEALER:  We are proud independant dealers of American built TRANE® heating and air conditioning systems, and are honored to be COMFORT SPECIALIST, an earned and coveted designation from TRANE.  We specialize in putting together home comfort systems and are backed by TRANE's unsurpassed warranty system. We also proudly deal in Carrier equipment according to the needs of each customer.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:  We believe in supporting fellow businesses in the Colorado Springs area, and purchase locally whenever possible.  Many years have been spent working with Colorado Springs Youth Baseball Association, and Colorado Springs Park & Recreation, and many local schools in working with young athletes.  We also support YMCA and their programs.  Furnace Physician contributes well over eighty percent of its charitable contributions to local charities.

COMPANY LONGEVITY:  Furnace Physician & Air Conditioning Specialist was founded in 1992 by current president, Ken Fowler.  He had a vision for providing exceptional service in the industry he had been working in for over a decade previous to the company's inception.  It has long since grown in reputation and size, but Ken's vision of exceptional service, providing good value for the money, and developing self and company, have remained full force commitments.
